Encourage Your Buyer to Join the Smallwood Civic Association: Discover the Value of Membership and Engaging in the Community

If you're helping a buyer or seller in Smallwood, membership in the Smallwood Civic Association (SWCA) offers unique and tangible benefits. As a longstanding 501(c)(7) organization, dues-paying members enjoy exclusive access to the Association’s facilities, including Mountain Lake—the heartbeat of Smallwood—along with the social benefits of year-round activities and programming. SWCA members include full-time residents, seasonal cabin owners, and everyone in between, united by a shared love for this special community and it's lake.

The true value of the SWCA goes far beyond the facilities or a quick glance at the event calendar. It’s about the sense of connection and belonging that comes from experiencing the warmth of the Smallwood community firsthand. As a trusted advisor in real estate transactions, you’re likely balancing a busy schedule, but we’re here to help you understand—and share—the value that SWCA membership adds to owning a home in Smallwood.
